Event Agenda

  • Team Check-in & Teams setup Pit table
    8 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
  • Coaches Meeting
    8:20 a.m. - 8:40 a.m.
    One Team Coach from each team will meet with the Tournement Director, Judge Advisor and Head Referee. The Judge Advisor will cover any Judging questions.The Head Referee will answer Robot Game questions. The Tournament Director go through any site specific announcement or reminders.
  • Opening Ceremony
    8:45 a.m. - 9 a.m.
    Please do your best to make room in the seating area.
  • Pits Open to Public
    9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Robot Game Matches
    9 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.
  • Lunch Break
    noon - 12:50 p.m.
  • Pit Cleanup / Tear Down
    3:40 p.m. - 4:10 p.m.
    Teams should pick up belongings and clean up their pit area.
  • Host Fun Activity
    4:15 p.m. - 5:25 p.m.
  • Closing Ceremonies
    5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
