Event Agenda

  • Team Check-in & Teams setup Pit table
    8 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.
    During Coaches Meeting, 2nd adult (co-coach) will work with team to get their pit area all setup
  • Coaches Meeting
    8:15 a.m. - 8:40 a.m.
    One Adult (Team Coach) from each team will meet with the Tournament Director, Judge Advisor and Head Referee. The Judge Advisor will cover any Judging questions.The Head Referee will answer Robot Game questions. The Tournament Director go through any site specific announcement or reminders.
  • Opening Ceremony
    8:45 a.m. - 9 a.m.
    Please do your best to make room in the seating area.
  • Pits Open to Public
    9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
  • Robot Game Matches & Judging
    9 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.
  • Lunch Break
    12:15 p.m. - 12:45 p.m.
  • Pit Cleanup / Tear Down
    4:20 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.
    Teams should pick up belongings and clean up their pit area.
  • Host Fun Activity
    4:45 p.m. - 5:25 p.m.
  • Closing Ceremonies
    5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Whether you have four hours on a weekend, want to mentor/coach for a season, or just want to be a part of the overall experience, there is a volunteer role suited to your unique talents and interest.
