Event Agenda

  • Team Check-in & Pits Open
    8 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.
  • Welcome Ceremony
    8:15 a.m. - 8:25 a.m.
  • Team Activities
    8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
    When teams are not in their reviewing session, they have time for fun activities
  • Reviewing Sessions
    8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
    Total of 10 minute session with Reviewers. Team may have a presentation if desired at the beginning of their review session - keep to 3 to 4 minutes
  • Pit Cleanup / Tear Down
    9:30 a.m. - 9:45 a.m.
    Teams should pick up belongings and clean up their pit area.
  • Celebration Ceremony
    9:45 a.m. - 10 a.m.
